For National Bingo Day, we launched a focused, one-day campaign designed to drive engagement and tournament participation through a cohesive set of high-impact promotional moments across the platform and social.
Challenge
Create a unified, celebratory experience that tied together multiple promotions within a single-day activation while maintaining clarity and urgency.
Strategy
Develop a bold, festive visual system that clearly communicated each offer—Mega Tournament, Progressive Payout, Avatar Gift, and 10x Multiplier—while ensuring consistency across all placements and a seamless extension into social.
My Role
As Lead Designer, I partnered closely with the marketing team to lead the creative direction and design execution across all campaign assets, ensuring a cohesive, on-brand rollout.
Results
The National Bingo Day campaign delivered strong cross-channel engagement, with email open rates surpassing 30% for key segments and click-to-open rates peaking at 5.3%. Carousel placements drove consistent homepage interaction, while Android push notifications significantly outperformed iOS, reaching nearly 20% open rates for VIP messaging.

Encourage VIP players to increase play during the holiday period while maintaining a balanced entry fee and clearly communicating a multi-tier reward structure.
Strategy
We introduced a milestone-based reward event that incentivized repeated play over several days. The design focused on clear reward communication and bold seasonal visuals to drive excitement and participation.
My Role
I partnered with the marketing team to translate the promotion strategy into a cohesive campaign, designing the visual concept and promotional assets used across product placements and marketing channels.

The campaign increased VIP engagement and revenue, including +31.7% growth in VIP High revenue (NAR) and +9.36% growth in GPPD during the event window. Active VIP High players also increased 18%, indicating stronger engagement from high-value users.

Create eye-catching seasonal creative that could clearly communicate multiple promotional offers while driving engagement across several marketing channels within a short promotional window.
Strategy
Developed a vibrant, festive visual system inspired by Cinco de Mayo celebrations and applied it across email, push notifications, and in-app placements to highlight prize pools, deposit bonuses, and gameplay incentives.
My Role
